All our product are sold on TAKEALOT - they can guarantee great delivery or a pick up from their warehouse in Montague Gardens. We cant compete with their efficiency which is why we no longer sell our products via this site. To view all our products on Takealot.com please click here
WHAT IF TAKEALOT DOESNT HAVE WHAT I WANT?
If you cant find what you are looking from on Takealot or would like to purchase something directly from us, please pop us an email to oohlalabridal@gmail.com quoting the products unique code and we can organise delivery at an additional cost. The cost of delivery depends on a few factors ie your location, size of order, delivery method courier or post - we will issue you with a quote which you can accept or decline. No pressure - just communicate with us to find the best solution.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS
Returns can be costly to a small business and we are not equipped to handle this ourselves. This is why we use Takealot as they are extremely efficient when it comes to RETURNS. Please see link to their returns policy here

If you have ordered something directly from us we will gladly accept the return within 7 days - as long as the item is not damaged, in its original packaging and can be resold. Please note you are responsible for the cost of the delivery back to our offices.
